Dirty Chai is my favorite morning drink! I love the sweet taste I get from the chai and the strong espresso for my caffeine fix. And in the hot summer mornings this on ice is what gets me through my morning run errands.
This 6oz traditional cappuccino was made using whole milk and Ethiopian single origin espresso with a bottomless filter. The reason that I love it so much is that it is sweet, short and made with love!
We enjoy cappuccino at home almost every night after dinner without having to go to a cafe.
These are three lattes made for me and my girls on my old faithful Gaggia Classic. The reason I LOVE these drinks and LOVE my gaggia classic is that I get excellent espresso flavor - I'm not struggling with sour or bitter espresso like I would get on a lesser machine. I have converted my non-coffee drinking wife to truly loving espresso thanks to my Gaggia Classic. I spring out of bed every morning with anticipation for my first cup of espresso. :) LOVE.
I'm a Cuban-American man who was raised with "cafe" (in Spanish) in the bottle. In Miami you can get it on every corner, gas stations, cafeterias, etc and I plan my routes accordingly to line up the next pit stop for my cafecito. This drink gives me a sense of family because everyone congregates when cafe is being made. I love it!
Espresso is divine!
I love my Caramel Latte because I make it myself. It's convenient, inexpensive and I can have one whenever I want (or need) one. Being a mom, grand mom, working two jobs while going to school full-time has been a challenge but I'm loving life and loving my coffee just as much!!
Espresso Martini: I enjoy this drink with my daughter and friends. It is a good drink for a Girl's Night. On a Friday night after a hard week we enjoy it on the back porch while we discuss our work week.

I love this mocha latte because it is creamy, has the right about of foam, it is the perfect amount of chocolate and coffee. When it gets to be a chilly fall day, it is the perfect drink!
I love this drink because I grind my beans daily and fresh brew my coffee and get to enjoy the delicious taste every day at home. It's the perfect way to start my day! Plus, it's in my favorite pink coffee mug that says "Amore" on it with a heart shaped handle. It truly shows my love of coffee!
I love how the house smells first thing in the morning before pouring that first steaming cup of coffee, I love the taste and and I love that I can have it hot or iced !!
I was not a coffee drinker until Dunkin' Donuts came to town, but I've been hooked ever since I had that first sip of my first french vanilla iced coffee.

It seems that I wake every day hoping that I will replicate that perfect Italian macchiato that I once had in a bustling cafe in Milan. This one was close. The morning sunlight is just peeking through the front windows and my creation basks in its warmth - waiting for a busy mom to find a few moments to indulge : )
Trying to make espresso and pour latte art this was the first one that ever looked good. I could see it happening and just let it go.

Well, this isn't a coffee drink per say, but I love this lady very much. This is Miss Silvia. She and I just celebrated our 12 year anniversary and for the event I gave her a new boiler and thorough cleaning. This very risqué picture shows her in all her glory without any of her shiny exterior. Her simplicity in design is a marvel to behold. I love this lady very much and with her new parts she and I will be brewing happy memories for many years to come.

The cappuccino is the perfect way to easy into the day. A gentle nudge to slowly wake you up, rather than the sudden jolt of espresso or, even worse, poorly brewed black coffee. A creamy, sweet mixture of milk and espresso to deliver that vital dose of early-morning caffeine.
It tastes great and the guests love how it looks(even though I am still getting the hang of latte art)

We decided to create a badge for all the true espresso lovers and the artisans that pour rosettes in their cups every morning. I keep a few of these in my pocket when I am traveling so I can award unsuspecting barristas wherever I find them.

This is a Cafe Mocha Cheesecake. I love chocolate and coffee together. They are one of the magnificant flavor combinations a taste palette can have. I love the drink so much, I made a sinful treat out of it.

I love Vietnamese coffee since i was little. This is my favorite because I add pinch of fresh ground coffee on top of whip cream to boost the flavor up a notch and it taste good every time
I made this drink with my baby Gaggia espresso machine. Here in Florida, it's still hot, hot, hot in October, and I made this iced mocha frappicino to cool down! I love this drink because the mocha compliments the rich Lavazza Gold espresso perfectly. I used real chocolate shavings, whipped cream, and pink sugar to top off my cool coffee creation.
Fall is here and this is my Halloween Special! This is my "Witch's Brew" hot latte. I made this latte was with my Baby Gaggia coffee machine and Lavazza espresso beans. I love this drink because it is festive and delicious! The latte is topped with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and green sugar.
When People come over to my house, I love to spoil them with a special treat. Since it is Halloween season, I came up with this delicious Caramel Candy Latte. It is made with a double shot of Lavazza Super Crema, with frothed milk, topped with whip cream, caramel syrup and topped with a candy corn and orange sugar. It is delightful and yummy!
Cafe Fusaro is the name of this drink. It is made from coffee, Bailey's Irish Cream, and Nocello. It is named after my friend Tony Fusaro. I like it because it is exotic and because it tastes so good!
I used to drink Starbuck's espresso every day, but then I found Filicori Zecchini Gran Creama Delicato from Whole Latte Love. This espresso coffee fills my cup with a golden creama that tastes out of this world without the high price.
This little guy (well, three of them) get me through the toughest days. The dark rich coffee with the silky foamed milk dance on my tongue like a dream. Puts a smile on my face every time--always gives me something to look forward to.
I like this photo because a single shot of espresso is both simple and infinitely complex. It used to make me sad to see $15K espresso machines in the hands of people who didn't know how to operate them; and I got tired of timing my visits to the cafe based on when a competent barista would be there. So I decided to try to make a reasonable cup at home. The shot in this photo was the culmination of my learning and efforts and acquisitions (used espresso machine, good tamper, scale, etc.). All worth it!
After a long day of work and commuting home in Texas heat, this simple drink is my happy place. An iced Americano breve highlights the beautiful notes from my local roaster's fresh beans.
My "creation" isn't a drink, but they are FAB-U-LOUS!!! They are called "Lynn's Java Cupcakes"...with coffee in the cupcake and the AMAZING frosting!!! YUMMO!!!
