The Breville BTM800XL One-Touch Tea Maker comes preset preset brew temperatures and steep times for 5 different types of teas. They are as follows:

• Green Tea – 3 minutes at 175°F
• White Tea – 3 minutes at 185°F
• Oolong Tea – 3 minutes at 195°F
• Herbal Tea – 4 minutes at 212°F
• Black Tea – 2 minutes at 212°F

You can reset the brew temperature and duration of each tea type as needed. There is also a custom button that will let you dictate brewing parameters for any type of beverage. The Breville BTM800XL One-Touch Tea Maker even lets you choose from mild, medium and strong drink strength options to create the perfect beverage.

The Breville BTM800XL has a dedicated keep-warm feature to keep the temperature of the contents at a constant for up to 60 minutes. The keep-warm temperature will fall within a range of 160-175°F, depending on the original brew temperature.

• 190-212°F original brew temp - 175°F keep warm temp
