Cafe La Semeuse Single-Origin Costa Rica Whole Bean coffee is made from 100% Arabica beans from Costa Rica. A superb high-altitude coffee grown at 4,950ft, in rich volcanic soil this coffee is evocative of the crisp clean air of its birthplace. Couple its high-altitude source with the high-altitude roasting method in Chaux-de-Fonds Switzerland and you have a coffee sent down from the heavens.
The aroma is made up of complex fine aromatics developing tones of exotic fruits and just a hint of muskiness.
The taste starts on the tongue as a pleasant full bodied harmony of flavors with a slight tartness that finishes smooth and refined, leaving elegant overtones of cocoa on the palate.
