OverviewBack to Top
Cafe La Semeuse Single-Origin Ground Inde coffee comes from 100% Arabica beans from South India where a particular circumstance called “Monsooning” gives coffee a distinctive aroma and mild flavor. Once harvested the coffee beans are exposed to the monsoon rain and winds for a period of about three to four months, causing the beans to swell and lose their original acidity, resulting in a smooth brew with a practically neutral pH balance.
The Cafe La Semeuse Single-Origin Inde coffee gives off fine scents of wood enriched with fragrant spices and hints of bourbon vanilla, cardamom and cinnamon while brewing.
Your first sip will awaken your taste buds with a gentle attack of fine spice and woody flavors that defy description and remain generously persistent in the mouth with subtle sandalwood undertones.
The folks at Cafe La Semeuse call this coffee “Spicy”! Available in whole bean and ground 8.8oz bags.
