Grinding
This Ceado model has 83mm flat, parallel burrs made of durable 6HRC hardened steel for efficient, precise operation. The burrs grind at a low speed, 690 rpm, to protect coffee integrity.

Grind Adjustments
A dedicated See-and-Set feature with step-less infinitesimal adjustments lets you fine-tune the grind by adjusting an ergonomic lever. Grind options are visible with the See-and-Set system, making it easy to calibrate and adjust grind settings.

The E10 has reduced pitch thread and ultra-responsive grind settings to deliver precise results. This unit is also equipped with reduced lever range to prevent grind over adjustment; this keeps the burrs from coming into contact with each other and causing damage to the machine.

Accessible Burrs
The flat burrs are held in place with only three screws, so removing them for maintenance is quick and easy. Unlike conventional burrs, these burrs have sealed threads to ensure a tight seal by preventing coffee from getting stuck in the threads. If you remove the burrs, the grinder does not need to be re-calibrated once they are put back in place.

Bean Hopper
The E10 has a polycarbonate bean hopper with a generous 3.8-pound capacity. The hopper has a large opening that allows for unobstructed access to make cleaning quick and easy.

Motor and Volume Control
The 740-watt motor is housed in a specialty shell with soundproofing thermoelastomer rubber mounts for quiet operation. The Ceado E10 has tested 30% quieter than comparable grinders in its class.

Additionally, the motor is rectified to guarantee that the burrs are perpendicular to the drive shaft to alleviate heat expansion. This helps the burrs maintain the proper distance for the grind setting selected by the user.

Dosing
