Grind on demand with the Ceado E37 electronic grinder. Created for commercial use, this fully equipped grinder can also be used in the home for freshly ground coffee with every beverage. The versatile E37 has dual automatic-start modes that allows for one-touch as well as push-and-grind operation.
One of our most highly anticipated grinders, the E37 has more programmable options than most of its peers. The single and double-shot buttons, grind duration, language settings, grinder controls and more are all customizable to your preferences. This grinder also comes equipped with 64mm stainless steel burrs and a mechanically suspended 400-watt motor for efficient, quiet, and precise operation. The E37 features heavy-duty cast aluminum body that allows it to hold up under prolonged use.
All Ceado grinders are NSF and UL approved in the US; they meet or exceed all professional sanitation and safety standards. The Ceado E37 comes with a three-year, limited manufacturer’s warranty on all parts, as well as a limited lifetime warranty on the doser lever spring.
The grinder is equipped with a stainless steel portafilter holder. Once you put your portafilter in place, it triggers a sensor button that activates the grinding process.
The E37 has dedicated push-button controls for single and double shots. The grind duration for both buttons are programmable, so you can preset the grinder to deliver the desired volume. The duration of the grinding cycles can be programmed in 0.1 second increments, allowing you to fine-tune grind volume.
In addition, you can also control the grinding process by activating both the single and double-shot buttons to manually start and stop grinder operations.
The E37 has four language options: English, Italian, French and Dutch. It is also equipped with a worn-burr alert that can be turned on or off, as desired.
The push-and-grind option is set to start the grind process once your portafilter is in place, pause mid-cycle if the portafilter is removed, and resume the cycle where it left off once the portafilter is back in place. But, you can also use the one-touch mode to automatically grind and dispense coffee, even if the portafilter is not in place; this option is useful if you’re grinding into a storage container.
The Ceado E37 is equipped with a See-and-Set system and stepless infinitesimal grind adjustments; you’ll be able to fine-tune the grind by simply sliding the ergonomic handle. Calibration is made easy, as grind selections are clearly visible. The grind settings are accurate and responsive, since this grinder has reduced pitch thread.
The 64mm flat burrs are made of durable 6HRC steel. They operate at 1400 rpm to yield precise, consistent results. The burrs are held in place with three screws, for easy access and removal. Unlike most grinders, the E37 does not have to be recalibrated once the burrs are put back into place. Additionally, the burrs have sealed threads to prevent coffee grounds gaining access to and clogging up the threads. This model is outfitted with a worn-burr alert system.
The E37 is equipped with a 400-watt rectified motor to ensure that the motor shaft and burrs are perpendicular to one another. The motor is mechanically suspended in a specialty shell and rests on rubber mounts for quiet operation.
The E37’s motor has been designed to minimize thermo expansion during the grinding process; the burrs are always kept at the appropriate value and distance, in accordance to the grind setting selected by the user.
The E37 has a transparent polycarbonate hopper with a 3.8-pound capacity. The hopper has a large opening for unobstructed access during routine cleaning and maintenance.

Designed With Forethought
The Ceado grinders are exceedingly quiet. The motor, itself, has also been mounted using unique specifications to guard against thermo expansion and keep the burrs at the appropriate distance for the grind setting chosen by the user. Ceado only tolerates up to a 1/100mm differential, compared to their competitors, most of which accept up to 3-5 times this amount. What this means, at the practical level, is that you'll end up with more consistent coffee, with the proper grind fineness for the setting you've chosen.
Along with their attention to grind accuracy, these grinders have also been designed to be exceedingly user friendly. All units are equipped with Ceado's innovative "See and Set" System to allow you to adjust the grind using an ergonomic handle. 
Should you need to remove the burrs for routine cleaning and maintenance, the grinder does not need to be recalibrated once they are reattached. Burr removal is quick and easy, as the burrs are held in place by three heavy-duty screws. The system doses straight down for mess-free operation. You can adjust the doser to dispense 5.5-9 grams of coffee per pull. Every Ceado grinder has been meticulously constructed and features a heavy-duty stainless steel body as well as oversized bean hopper with a generous 3.8-pound capacity.

We recommend the industry-leading Ceado E10 for high-volume establishments. If you'll be serving 100+ guests a week, this grinder will allow you to keep up without breaking a sweat. It has a 740-watt motor and large 83mm hardened steel burrs to deliver fast, consistent results. This unique grinder operates at a very low speed, 690rpm to be exact, to minimize heat transfer and maintain coffee flavor and aroma. The E10 is equipped with a cooling fan to prevent the unit from overheating during heavy use.
On the other hand, if you're looking for a professional grinder for the home or if your business experiences light-to-medium traffic, the E7 would be a great choice. It operates at 1400 rpm using a 400-watt motor. This model has slightly smaller 64mm burrs, compared to the E10's 83mm burrs, and is an excellent step up for customers who wish experience a solid professional-grade grinder.

Only one word for me describes this grinder, Wow! I love the quality, durability, quality of the grind and ease of use. Repeat, ease of use. Adjustments are simple and consistent, beautiful blade accessibility for cleaning. I no longer feel I am doing a chemistry experiment in order to make a cup of espresso with this grinder, unlike some of my previous brands. Dan was terrific in guiding me with my purchase!
This is a 4.5-star grinder that I rounded up to 5 stars. Overall it is superb, and I am enjoying the best espresso I've ever made at home. For doserless, I don't know if there's anything at this price point that can beat it. However, it is not without a few shortcomings. First, the hopper is massive. It holds 4 pounds of beans. The pictures don't do the thing justice. It is unbelievably huge, way too big for home use. The grinder's throat is large enough to accommodate well over 21g of beans, though, so for now I'm measuring beans and putting them into the throat for each drink. I leave a coffee cup on top to prevent popcorning. I understand this is supposed to be a commercial grinder, but WLL doesn't sell it on the commercial site, just the consumer one. Ceado needs to offer a short hopper. It's true that the Mazzer short hopper fits, but that hopper is junk and not worthy of this grinder. Second, the design of the exit chute causes clumping and grind retention. You can see the clumping in the WLL video, and it's the same for me at home. It's not hard to take it apart and prop the door open, but doing so caused static electricity problems and made a bit of a mess, without fully solving the clumping problem, though it did largely solve the grind retention problem. As long as you use some method of breaking up the clumps, the grind quality is outstanding.
I was looking for an Electronic Grinder which was much more convenient grinder than a dosered grinder. This grinder is easy to understand and has been easy to adapt to my needs. I replaced the LARGE hppper with a length of water pipe, which gives me about 4 portafilters of coffee. The electronic functions allow easy dial in for the amount of coffee needed. Remember each different coffee will need different timing. The amount of clumping had decreased as I have used this grinder. I use a funnel and grind directly into the portafilter and can grind, tamp and pull a shot in less than 40 seconds, start to finish. If you are looking for convenience, very cool engineering and a beast on the counter, this is your grinder.
