Instead of a doser, this model features a chute, which lets you grind and dispense fresh coffee with every cycle. This Compak model can grind between 35 and 39 pounds of coffee every hour and is recommended for establishments experiencing medium-to-heavy traffic.

Grinding

The K-10 Conic Professional Doserless grinder features durable 68mm conical burrs made of hardened steel for optimal performance. At 300 rotations per minute (rpm), the unit’s remarkably slow grinding speed helps minimize heat transfer to preserve coffee flavor and aroma. This model also has a digital timer that will automatically stop the grind cycle, once the appropriate time has elapsed; it will consistently deliver the correct grind volume.
