Programmable Brewing

Set the Grind & Brew DGB-550 to start brewing up to 24 hours in advance.Simply add your coffee beans or pre-ground coffee and water and set the programmer to the time you want the coffee maker to start the brewing process. Your coffee can be ready and waiting for you every morning, or anytime you want to enjoy a fresh pot of coffee.You can also program the coffee maker to shut off immediately after brewing or in one-hour increments for up to 4 hours.

Brew Pause

the Brew-pause feature allows you to enjoy a cup before the entire pot has finished brewing.The brewing temporarily stops once you remove the carafe from the hot plate, and resumes once you replace the carafe.

perfect coffee maker (almost)

I have purchased two of these. Love the built in grinder. There are two drawbacks with this one however. The door that holds the filter basket pops open during brewing at times making coffee go all over counter. I bought a 2nd brewer because of this and the new one did it too! The warmer doesnt keep the coffee as hot as I would want.

I have owned two of these coffee makers; absolutely love the grinding feature. I'm now spoiled to freshly ground coffee! The only drawback is the door that holds the filter-it won't stay closed! The reason I bought this one is because my first one did the same thing. I thought it was just worn out. Guess it's a design flaw because this does the same. We ended up keeping it closed with large rubber bands. I wont buy another one due to this .
