The Delonghi DCF6212TTC large capacity thermal drip coffee brewer has a unique patented feature: complete frontal access.  What does that mean? You never have to move the machine around the counter to access everything associated with brewing and serving coffee, and cleaning the machine.  It is equipped with a front loading door for both ground coffee and water. The attractive ABS plastic body features stainless steel panels on the face and door of the coffee maker that complements your kitchen décor.

The blue back-lit digital display, which enhances the beauty of the machine, keeps you informed of brewing status, time, and function settings. A stainless steel warming plate covers the top of the DCF6212TTC to allow for convenient cup storage. The sleek and clean design allows for easy clean up with a damp cloth.

Patented complete frontal access feature

The water reservoir is conveniently accessed from the front of the DCF6212TTC and includes a water level indicator to let you know when the unit needs refilling. The filter and coffee grounds slide out the front without having to wrestle the machine around on the counter for loading and removing.

Digital Controls Including Freshness Indicator

The DeLonghi DCF6212TTC offers an easy to read blue back-lit digital LCD screen with controls front and center for easy access. Brew 4 to 12 cups of coffee either manually or automatically with the 24-Hour programmable digital timer with 2 hour automatic shut off. A unique freshness indicator displays the amount of time elapsed since each pot has been brewed, every 15 minutes for the first hour to let you know when coffee was last brewed.

Double-wall vacuum-sealed 12–Cup (60 Ounce) stainless steel thermal carafe

The DeLonghi DCF6212TTC Coffee Maker is one of only a handful of thermal brewers that feature a 12 cup stainless steel insulated double-wall vacuum-sealed thermal carafe. A full carafe will remain hot for up to 4 hours, and the brewed coffee does not get cooked by a glass carafe resting on a hot plate.

Aroma button

The aroma button activates a unique brewing process known to coffee and espresso brewing experts as “pre-infusion” that greatly enhances the flavor and aroma of your coffee. To achieve a full-bodied aromatic brew, the coffee maker saturates the coffee grounds a little at a time to extract the best flavor and aroma from your coffee. This feature should always be used when brewing a small batch of coffee to extract the most powerful flavors.

Coffee filter

You have the choice of using disposable paper filters, or the included permanent gold-tone filter. Durable and long lasting, the gold-tone filter is specially designed to keep even the finest grounds out of your coffee.

Warmed cup storage tray

The cup warming tray keeps your cups ready-to-use, and it has an easy to clean non-stick surface.

Charcoal water filtration

Optimize the taste of your coffee by eliminating flavor corruption caused by municipal water chlorination. The DeLonghi DCF6212TTC offers the option to insert a charcoal water filter (included), into a rear-mounted filter holder. A charcoal filter removes most chlorine and also other taste-altering impurities.

Cord storage

Keeps power cord out of harm’s way when coffee maker is not in use.
