Thanks to a robust 15-bar thermoblock pump, the Café Minuetto can steam, froth, and extract espresso with the best of them.

This unique semi-automatic espresso machine comes equipped with a Thermo Cream System and Maxi-Cappuccino device capable of producing great steamed and frothed milk for lattes and cappuccinos. The Espressione Café Minuetto has a number of safety features including a high-pressure safety valve and a self-priming, temperature-controlled boiler to ensure reliable performance.

This model features a space-saving design that is ideal for home or apartment use. Made of durable stainless steel and ABS plastic, the Café Minuetto Professional comes with three filters for a double-shot, a single-shot, and ESE pods; a measuring spoon is also included for your convenience.

Espressione Café Minuetto

I found that after about 6 cups, the filter completely plugs. The filters aren't designed to be taken apart to clean. How do I restore them to operate?

Sanfam ♦ Unfortunately, we aren't nearly as familiar with the Espressione products as we are with most others--they're all supported directly by the manufacturer's authorized servicer. Their name is Electra Craft, and they can be reached by phone at 201-439-1700.

Espressione Café Minuetto

Can you tell me if this item has a pressurized portafilter? Do you have any feedback on this machine? In the $200-$250 price point, what semi-auto machine would you recommend. I was looking at the Gaggia machines, but had some concerns about the plastic housing on the Pure and others. I also looked at the Delonghi 702. Your input is appreciated.

Michael Rosso ♦ Anthony...Thank you for interest in the Espressione Café Minuetto. Yes, the Espressione Café Minuetto does come with a pressurized basket standard. Although I have not sold any of these machines yet (so I have no feed back from customers), let me say I have had a chance to do some testing in our testing area. The Espressione Café Minuetto I have found works very well, producing hot espresso and steaming milk very easy. In the $250 price range I would suggest you look at the Gaggia Pure. I would not worry so much about the Gaggia Pure housing being made from plastic, because the Plastic is a heavy duty ABS plastic and the housing does not effect espresso quality. Keep in mind the the Commercial Heavy Chrome plated Brass portafilter and the 9 ounce Stainless Steel boiler found in the Gaggia Pure will ensure a good quality espresso shot. These features you will not find in either the Espressione Café Minuetto or the Delonghi EC702. I hope this information helps you with your espresso machine decision. This machine has adual boiler system and built-in grinder for whole beans ?

Michael Rosso ♦ Diana...The Espressione Café Minuetto like most Semi Automatic Espresso machines does not come with a built in grinder. It also uses a single thermoblock boiler and not a dual boiler system. Thanks
