The commercial-quality stainless steel Espro Toroid Pitcher is available in 12 and 20-ounce sizes. The Toroid Pitcher has a patent-pending shape, with curved walls and a unique base to encourage milk rotation as you are steaming or frothing. As the milk rotates and forms a vortex within the frothing pitcher, it creates a rich froth while minimizing bubble formation. I purchased both sizes. I am new to frothing milk. I don't know if it is the new Expobar Office Lever or these pitchers, but I am able to make micro foam with ease. I am still working on my designs, but it seems easier to create latte art than most people say. I don't think it's me, I think these pitchers really do help.

The pitchers make it easy to create micro foam.
Wash them out immediately after use. I have large hands and it is not easy to stick your hand inside and clean them. A small brush helps with cleanup.

Just started using the 12oz pitcher and it's like driving a turbo charged V8! Steaming takes less time leaving perfect micro foam. Pays to read the instructions though. They suggest inserting the steam wand straight down into the milk and into the center of the pitcher. As soon as I made this adjustment everything worked great. Might have to add the 20oz size as I'm getting spoiled.

Out of all the steam pitchers I have used this is by far the best.
Monday - Thursday: 9am-8pm
Friday: 9am-6pm
Saturday: 10am-3pm
Sunday: 12pm - 5pm
