Fetco Luxus L3S Thermal Dispensers are designed to increase brewer compatibility while improving the quality of your coffee with Fetco thermal dispensing technology. Available in 1, 1.5, and 2 gallon sizes, L3S Thermal Dispensers can keep coffee hot and fresh for up to 4 hours after brewing. The 1 gallon L3S is particularly useful, allowing you to brew a full gallon batch with your Extractor 3 Liter Brewer. The L3S series’ easy-to-transport design makes them perfect for use in hotels, restaurants, and other food service businesses, so you can brew in one location and serve in another—rooms, floors, or buildings away.

Stand Compatibility

While each of the L3S dispensers have short feet, you can also purchase serving stands to fit each dispenser. The black plastic stands have built-in, removable stainless steel drip trays. The L3S-10 Dispenser fits the Single Serving Station S3S-10, while the L3S-15 and L3S-20 fit the Single Serving Stand S3S-15/20.

• Please Note: Only the L3S-10 can be brewed into without a serving stand. To brew into the L3S-15 or L3S-20, the serving stand is required.

Brewer Compatibility

The L3S-10 offers the most flexibility for users of the Fetco Extractor 3-Liter Brewer, as it offers an increased brewing capability of up to 1 gallon. Without a stand, the L3S-10 can conveniently replace standard airpots for easy brewing. Simply remove the rubber inside bumpers of the Fetco Extractor 3-Liter Brewer, and brew directly into the L3S-10 dispenser.

With stands, the L3S-10 is compatible with the Fetco 1 Gallon Coffee Brewer, the L3S-15 fits Fetco 1.5 Gallon Coffee Brewers and the L3S-20 is compatible with Fetco 2 Gallon Brewers.

Freshness Timer

The freshness timer on the L3S, located on the top from of the dispenser, let’s you see how long the coffee has been in it. Every 15 minutes, another ¼ of a circle will darken, for up to 4 hours of monitoring.

Volume Indicator

You can easily check your coffee levels on the L3S without having to open the dispenser and releasing precious heat. Located on the same display as the freshness timer is a volume indicator that let’s you see coffee volume down to a ¼ of a gallon.

Construction

Fetco L3D dispensers are made of stainless steel and are vacuum-insulated. A black plastic faucet on the bottom of the dispenser features the Fetco logo and can be easily pulled for serving. The black plastic lid of the dispenser has an opening to brew through, as well as a sturdy plastic handle for easy transport.

Daily Maintenance

• Empty the dispensers completely and rinse with clean water at the end of each day. Clean water should also be run through the dispensing spout.
