Where can I get a small black filter par that goes in the hole of the potrafilter? I own baby Class machine, have issues with this part falling out every time I wash it after being used... Not sure what the name of the part is..

A A Anna,
That happens often! We sell the part individually, and a lot of people order a couple at a time for just that reason. I have included a link directly to the part below:

I've watched the video comparing the Baby Class vs. Classic, and Im still confused as to the difference. Both have the same internals, so why get the Class over Classic? Also, do non-pressurized portafilters come with both, or just the Classic? Thanks!

mjackson ♦ Joe ,
The difference is in the buttons and the amount of stainless steel. I still like the classic a lot for the price. They both come with pressurized and non pressurized baskets.

What accessories are included with the Gaggia Baby Class? In particular what type of tamper (plastic or metal) is included with the machine? Does the machine come with a frothing pitcher or any other accessories?

I'm transgénicos to steam the milk, and although I'm getting the right amount of foam and froth, the milk is not hot enough. What's wrong? Asa

mjackson ♦ Asa,

It can get hot enough you just need to steam it longer. I think it is your only problem. So just let it steam a little longer.

My filter, the big one, sticks in the Gaggia Baby, and does not come out with the filter holder. I have to pry it loose with a knife.
I bought the machine from you two years ago, and this is something new.
Any suggestions?
Sincerely Knud Padborg

mjackson ♦ Knud,

It could be a few things. I first would check in my portafilter handle to see if it still has a wire inside the ridge in the handle about 1/3 from the top. It should be a wire clip that hold the basket in place. If it is not there that is most likely your problem. You can call and order one from us.If it is in their make sure it has not stretched. If your basket pulls out easily from handle you may also want to get another wire clip. I would also check the basket to make sure it is not dented or bent near the top. My feeling is it is one of these things. Email us or call if you need help.

WholeLatteLoveS S The ready light will come on in just over 1 minute. We Recommended you let the machine heat for 5 minutes before brewing.
