David Hatch Greetings. As I am currently overseas, will it work on 220 volts or is there a 220 volts model? Or should I plan to use a transformer? Does it also come with an instructional cd? Thanks in advance.

Mark Jackson David, We don't have any in a 220 model. You could use a transformer but there is some thoughts it may not be the best fro the long life of your machine. It does not come with a CD but we have great instructional videos on our site to help or you can always call with any questions.

Makes MUCH better expresso than any Starbucks. Very durable and good looking. Took a few times to learn the right variables, such as grind, tamping pressure, etc. The only problem is with pods. It takes well over one minute for a 2 oz cup to fill. I DO NOT use the perfect creama attachment, as the support thinks I use. I only use pods in emergency times, otherwise I grind. All in all, this is a great machine.
