The Gaggia MDF Coffee Grinder is a commercial grade burr grinder equal to those found in Europes espresso bars and restaurants. Automatic dosing allows a premeasured amount of ground coffee to drop directly into the filter holder. Pull the lever once for one cup espresso, or twice for two cups. Precision-machined grinding burrs can be easily adjusted for 34 different degrees of fineness. The large hopper holds 10 ounces of coffee beans. Easy to use and perfect results are achieved each time. Please note that most grinders are tested at the manufacturer and coffee grounds may be found in the grinder as a result. All machines sold are new unless otherwise clearly stated. Available in Black or White.

The housing is made of impact resistant plastic to help reduce noise and increase durability.
The Gaggia MDF can grind fine enough for any espresso machine and coarse enough for drip coffee. To adjust the setting just turn the bean hopper and you can visually see what setting you are on through a display on the front of the grinder.
The 120 watt motor on the MDF is connected to the grinding burrs through a gear reduction system. This gives the grinder more than enough torque to handle any high volume home use.
Like the other grinders in this price range the MDF has commercial quality grinding burrs that will last for years. They are 50mm in diameter and made of tempered steel.
The MDF has a standard on/off switch that is located on the bottom right side of the grinder.
The bean hopper can hold up to a maximum of 10 ounces of beans. It is made of smoked plastic and has a tight fitting lid to help preserve the freshness of the beans.
The ground coffee container for the dosing section is made of smoked plastic and can hold up to 8 ounces of ground coffee. Each pull of the plastic handle will dispense about 7 grams of coffee from the ground coffee container. Use one pull for single shot and two pulls for a double shot.
