Non Working Gaggia Deluxe Machine

I have a non working deluxe gaggia expresso machine.  Steam portion of machine works but not the coffee making portion.  Pump only pumps out a cup of coffee every five minutes.  Can I trade this machine in for a refurbished machine or do you only sell refurbished machines?
Erik aswered:
I apologize for the inconvenience but we do not have a trade in program at this time.

Gaggia "Coffee" (refurbished)

Dick aswered:
Hi Carolina, Yes and No. All of the essential internals are exactly the same. The "Coffee" does not have  a "3 way solenoid" or an adjustable "OPV". These two items are the only differences. They are like upgrade accessories on an automobile. Nice to have, but not essential.
