A state-of-the-art super automatic espresso machine, the Jura Capresso Impressa XS90 One Touch gives you the chance to take advantage in commercial capabilities, right in your home or office. With dedicated drink buttons for: single and double espressos, coffee, coffee a la carte, cappuccino, and latte macchiato, the flexible XS90 can accommodate a wide variety of tastes and preferences. For truly custom-made beverages, this Jura Capresso model gives you control over everything from coffee strength and temperature to drink volume as well as milk texture and more.

Available to cafes and restaurants, the Jura Capresso Impressa XS90 is built to deliver quality drinks from beginning to end. It comes equipped with a commercial-grade conical burr grinder and includes an optional bean hopper that can be attached to the machine to increase bean-storage capacity. An integrated bypass doser gives you the option of skipping the grinding process in favor of pre-ground coffee; this is also a convenient feature for decaf drinkers.

World-class water and milk management systems are also standard with the XS90. This model can be plumbed, allowing you to establish a direct connection to a water source. Should you opt to use the water tank; the Claris Plus Filter will remove chlorine and impurities from tap water to ensure fresh tasting beverages. Jura Capresso has included an extra filter with this machine for your convenience. Manual and automatic steaming and frothing options are available with the Impressa XS90, thanks to the Connector System©. The automatic milk system is compatible with the Jura-Capresso Cool Control insulated milk container for easy storage and handling.

Jura Capresso is so confident that the XS90 will not disappoint that it has decided to extend a unique warranty for this model. Your Impressa XS90 is backed by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. Should the machine require repairs during the one-year period, Jura Capresso will keep you up and running with a loaner machine while your XS90 is in the shop.

Features and Benefits

Composition

The Impressa XS90 is equipped with a powerful 15-bar pump and two stainless-steel lined Thermoblock Heating Systems for seamless operation. A large 5.7-liter water tank and generous drip tray, both three times larger than the XS90’s cousin, the Jura-Capresso Impressa S9, makes this model especially suited for high-volume use. This machine has a height-adjustable dispenser allowing it to accommodate different cup sizes.

Programmable Features

A crisp LED display makes drink selection simple and hassle free, the beverage name and progress bar is shown to let you monitor the brewing process. There are three temperature settings to choose from: low, normal, and high. Drink volume can be set anywhere from a single shot to a full 16oz cup. The XS90 also comes with seven language setting to cater to bilingual users. Programmable automatic on and off features are also standard with this Jura model.

Grinding

The commercial-style conical burr grinder has six grind fineness settings to accommodate different beverages. This model comes with a 10oz bean hopper that can be attached to the grinder to house whole bean coffee. A bypass doser is also integrated into the design of the machine, allowing you to use pre-ground.

Brewing

Dedicated drink buttons for: single and double shot espressos, coffee, and coffee la carte lets you make your favorite beverages on demand. Cappuccino and macchiato can be made, using the dial located on the right-hand side of the machine. Both milk and coffee can be dispensed directly into your cup. The amount of milk and water can both be preprogrammed to your individual specifications. Five coffee strength settings: extra mild, mild, normal, strong, and extra strong allows for further drink customization.

Steaming and Frothing

Attach the 2-stage frothing nozzle to the machine to manually steam and froth your milk or take advantage of the automated system, the choice is yours. If you use Jura’s milk system, the machine can siphon, heat, and steam or froth cold milk and dispense it directly into your cup. This model is compatible with the Jura-Capresso Cool Control insulated milk container.

Care and Maintenance

The Impressa XS90 will alert you when cleaning or maintenance is required, such as when the water tank needs to be replenished or the dregs drawer should be emptied. You’ll also be notified if the water filter needs to be replaced. Integrated, automatic descaling, rinse, and cappuccino cleaning cycles will help to keep the machine in optimal condition.
