Introducing the fully programmable Impressa S9 One Touch. All coffee, frothing and hot water functions are completely programmable. All it takes is the simple touch of a button— you don’t even move the cup. Delicious coffee or espresso – in seconds-- one or two cups at a time. Grind, tamp and brew in seconds. Program temperature, coffee volume and coffee strength, and let The LED dialog system, complete with graphics and electronic sensors, help guide you to your coffee perfection.
The Impressa S9 One Touch comes equipped with a commercial-grade conical burr grinder, a hot water dispenser for making Café Americanos or tea, a separate coffee funnel for brewing ground coffee, automatic cleaning cycles, the Clearyl water filtration system to purify water (thus significantly reducing the need for decalcification), and a large cup-warming platform.
Keep the milk cold for frothing and steaming for up to 8 hours with the insulated milk container, unique only to the Jura-Capresso line of One Touch Automatic Coffee Centers. The S9 One Touch’s two stainless steel-lined ThermoBlock heating systems and large 96 ounce water capacity make for easier coffee creations in less time.

Jura Refurbs are Like Brand New
I bought one of the refurb Jura S9 machines from you guys, and it arrived looking and working absolutely brand new (they replace everything cosmetic with new parts, so that even things like the drip tray were new). It's going on 26 months of daily use now without incident, and still makes fantastic coffee and micro foam (and looks brand new). I do a cleaning much more often than they suggest (whenever I start to taste an "ashtray" taste in the coffee, about every 3-4 weeks) and I use the Claris filter and decalcify regularly, and it's just like the day I bought it still. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and saved a bundle by going refurb thanks to your staff who took the time to go over my concerns about buying a refurbished product with me prior to purchase. When the S9 dies eventually I'll buy the Jura J9 One Touch refurb (or equivalent at the time) without a moment's hesitation. This thing's paid for itself and has been a pleasure to own and use. Some Helpful Tips For Using this Product:
Use the cleaning tablets more often than recommended (whenever you start to taste an ashtray kind of taste in your coffee), decalcify regularly, and use the Claris water filter. Do the maintenance and your machine will thank you with a long life and fewer need for service calls.

I mostly use Sumatra whole bean from Peet's or Starbucks. You can't use oily dark beans in these machines.
Some Improvements I Would Recommend for This Product:
Newer models with the TFT display like the J9 offer more in convenience, but this is pretty stellar, and mostly used for espresso, coffee, cafe au laits, mochas, and cappuccinos.

Refurbished Jura machines come with a 1 year warranty, handled directly through Jura. The S9 is an absolute tank, and should last you many happy years.
