ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!
I was dubious about ordering my first Jura-Capresso water kettle because of the price but it was worth every penny. Unfortunately I just broke the glass and am ordering another right away. I'm totally spoiled & don't want to be without it.

The amount of time to bring water to a boil and the automatic shut-off.
Some Helpful Tips For Using this Product:
Empty the kettle of water when you pour what you need to avoid mineral buildup.
The Coffee I've Tried With This Product:
I use it just for boiling water in meal preparation.
Some Improvements I Would Recommend for This Product:
The glass is very thin and with the "bulbous" shape it is more apt to break if the kettle "bumps" another object. Thicker glass might make it more sturdy.

We've had two previous water kettles., They work perfectly, however it has one sensetive flaw. The connecting pin where the cover swivels up, tends to break easy and when that happens youj either get a steamed hand or you have to cover it with a potholdeer while you pour. I am now going to order another one. This will make it my third one.

I love my Capresso tea kettle. It does exactly what it claims to do. And I like your service. Therefore, I am ordering a second Capreeso tea kettle for a friend. She liked the design and ease of operation as do I.
