My dad has the Keurig Platinum machine since I tried his out I said I have to get one. I actually am now here stationed in South Korea and bought this one when I first got here number one because I didn't want to spend almost 200 for a coffee machine, and number two it's because this one and the mid range model were all they sold at the PX. Now I bought this a bit over 6 months ago and I love it, for several reasons, it's brews rather quickly for a one cup it doesn't have the water resevoir that the more expensive ones do, I like that because you get fresh water each time and only uses what it needs to brew a cup. I use a rather large cup for brewing my coffee and even with the larger cup it still produces a good quality cup of joe. It isn't the best of build quality (but what is built well these days since everything is made in china anymore) but however that wouldn't keep me from buying it again it're more practical for me cause I usually only make one cup at a time anyway so it's less coffee wasted. Overall it's a good machine less then alot of the other single serve machines and very practical and easy to use would reccomend to anyone!
