Brew a cup of your favorite coffee or tea in under a minute with the Keurig B60 Special Edition Coffee and Tea Brewer. The B60’s unique brewing design allows you to choose from a variety of pre-packaged K-cups to brew a fresh, hot cup of gourmet coffee, tea or hot chocolate with the touch of a button. Plus, the B60 Special Edition features elegant styling, such as a blue backlit LCD screen and reservoir and chrome-accented paneling to add class to your kitchen or workstation.
To use this Keurig brewer, simply open the “jaw” of the machine by pulling up on the chrome lever above the cup station. Then place your K-cup inside, close the “jaw” using the lever once again, and press one of the 3 brewing buttons below the LCD screen to start the brewing process. Choose the small cup button (5.25 oz) on the left for a more intense beverage, the middle cup button (7.25 oz) for a regular drink, or the large cup button (9.25 oz) on the right. And, with the B60’s removable drip tray and large cup station, you can even brew into tall glasses and travel mugs.
Making your favorite drink with the B60 is a 1-step, hassle-free process. When brewing is completed, remove the K-cup and throw it in the garbage. Since all of the water is extracted from the cup, there are no drips, spills or mess. Plus, with a selection of name brand coffees and teas like Green Mountain, Gloria Jean’s, Bigelow, and Celestial Seasonings, you can be sure that every cup will offer the best quality and flavor available.
In addition to its extremely easy brewing, the Keurig B60 Special Edition was built with even more features that make it user-friendly and simple to maintain. The blue backlit LCD display on the upper right side of the machine tells you when the removable 48 oz water reservoir needs to be refilled, indicates when the machine is ready to brew, and allows you to program the brew temperature, auto-off feature and clock. With the B60’s auto-off feature, you can set either a specific shut off time, or program the machine to simply turn off after a programmed amount of time has elapsed since the last brewing session.

Recently fell in love with Jura Capresso Impressa E9 at a hunting lodge we visited. However, I was not in love with the price. Upon returning from our trip, my coffee maker died and after drinking several days out of an old Mr. Coffee, I had to do something. I opted for the Krurig B60 and it was a great decision. Easy to use, no mess and great coffee in the K cups. Bought the Christmas flavors too and can't wait to try those!

No mess and the coffee is HOT! I have to have my coffee HOT!

I would like to see a little more stainless and a little less plastic and would be willing to pay more for that.

Don't need one with the K cups, GREAT! Used to use Gold Tone with my old maker.
5 for my husband and myself and sometimes 2 at night.

Being from LA, we love our coffee fresh and stout. This machine does both, and does it quickly. Friends recommended it to me a year ago. My only regret was not getting it sooner. I love my morning coffee! What a treat. C'est bon, chere!

The flange on the device that holds the filter basket just broke off - thus the top would not connect correctly. At 9:45 PM Saturday nite before the Big Game I called Keurig and spoke to a REAL person. I will be receiving within 10 days the whole assembly, including the top and the filter free of charge. This type of service and customer support goes a long way toward RE-establishing my confidence that there are really good folk out there who still care. Thanks Keurig.

Need more heat - an additional 10 - 15 degrees would be right for me. I usually nuke it for about 30 seconds for the additional heat.

I love this machine. It is like a member of our family. I had the B-60 and upgraded to the B-70. I took the B-60 to use at work. The girls in the office love it. Two went out and bought there own for their home.

The convience, the lack of clean up, and the variety of k-cups for coffee and tea.
I have read reviews that people think the cocoa is weak. I don't buy the k cup cocoa, instead we use regular cocoa. Just put a packet of cocoa into the cup and just add hot water from the brewer. Remember to descale the brewer especially when using well water.

I have used many brands for the Keurig. I like the k-cups. The my k cup is messy to use. Do not use it anymore.
I can not think of a thing to improve. Maybe lower the cost so everyone can afford one.
Mr. Coffee, Faberware percolator, and Sunbeam drip.
Just the k cups.
We brew at least 4 cups of coffee a day. Plus, our children use it for the hot water to make tea, cocoa, and instant oatmeal. It is used at least 6-8 times per day. On weekends, we definetly use it more.

Love it! No filter basket to sit all day in the Northwest Florida humidity to get molded or accumulate mineral deposits on. The ability to adjust the temperature some was a big bonus as my daughter likes her cocoa at the lower end of the temp range but the higher temp range is best for brewing loose teas in the "My K-cup" adapter.

Sanitary, quick and easy. Also flexible. This machine replaces two I used to use, a Mr. Coffee 4cup and a Sunbeam Hot Shot because my husband likes tea that doesn't taste at all like coffee. Pop in the K-cup, punch the button. Pop out the K-cup and toss away. The inside that holds the K-cup is still clean and dry as a bone...no mold will ever take up in there!
If you want to use your own coffees or teas get the "My K-cup" I bought two of these lovely adapters. One for my "stock" coffee and one for my loose leaf teas. That way I didn't have to throw away anything I already had on hand. Very Frugal.

Folgers, Starbucks, Eight o'Clock... That is, until I tried the Green Mountain that came with the machine!!
It is a bit noisey when the pump is filling the internal resevoir, but it doesn't last long and the more I used the machine the less resounding it became, or perhaps I simply became used to the sound once I learned to expect it.
Bunn, Mr. Coffee, Westinghouse
I also bought the "My K-Cup" accessory which is very very handy for using my current stock of coffee...no waste. My old coffee maker had a goldtone microfilter in it which worked well, but sat wet after rinsing for several hours...in Northwest Florida, where the humidity can hover around 45% on a good day...this is very bad for someone like me who is allergic to mold.

I have used a Keurig for a couple of years at home. I bought one as a treat for myself after passing my real estate exam. I use the personal filter and buy my coffe at the store. It is cheaper and more convenient that having to drive 30 minutes to be able to find K-cups. I love it. As a matter of fact, we purchased two for gifts this Christmas!

We got this as a Christmas present and its pretty darn cool. It is so easy to use my 3 year old daughter always wants to make my coffee! My complaints are that there isnt enough variety in the coffee to choose from. I also feel wasteful throwing away all the used k-cups. Plus the cost for the k-cups are pretty expensive compared to buying beans and grinding them yourself, but for convenience and ease of use this thing can't be beat!

Michael Rosso ♦ Charles...Thanks for your interest in the Keurig B60 Brewer. The Keurig systems do not brew true espresso. You can use the My Kcup and put in a dark espresso roast, but it will not brew at the 8 to 9 bars of pressure used in the true espresso brewing process. Thanks.
Started looking at these machines. How does the machine have to the ability to brew different cups sizes but the k-cup is the same? Does this imply a 10 oz cup is going to be weak?
Thanks

mjackson ♦ Stephen,
It is the same amount of coffee and just adding more water. It is up to each persons taste as to what they like.
I have a B60. There are three choices for the amount of coffee to be brewed..small, medium, large.
Only the large light blinks now.
AND, it says to 'de-scale'
what does that mean?

Zack Smith James, When your machine says descale it is telling you that it needs to be cleaned. You need to use a descaling solution such as Urnex Cleancaf. This product cleans the the machine of water deposit that has accumulated during its use. To descale the machine you add the descale solution to the water in the reservoir. Mix it up so that the solution dissolves. Now run your machine as if you were brewing but without the K cup in. Run it through a couple of times and then let it sit for about 15-20 minutes. Finish brewing the water through until the water reservoir is empty. Now add clean water to the reservoir and brew "blanks" until the reservoir is empty. Add clean water one final time and repeat. This will ensure that all the cleaning solution is out of the machine and will not effect the taste of the coffee. If you have any other questions feel free to give me a call and I can walk you through the process.
When I attempt to get a cup of coffee I, often to not get a full cup of any size I select and I notice that the tube above the reservoir is running the water back into the reservoir. How may I correct the situation?
In addition, often times after running a cup of coffee the pump runs until it times out unable to pump water. After it cools, I turn it back on and it can pump water once again
Thank you.

My B60 model has stopped working, The water does not come out anymore. It allows a few drops then spits and stops. Have tried descaling and cleaning, it seems like something is clogged. Can we order a part if needed?

mjackson ♦ Glenn,
The Keurig machines will only brew coffee and not espresso. It is basically making you a fresh brewed cup of coffee upon demand. For espresso you need to brew the coffee under much higher pressure. We do have many of those to choose from. You need to brew espresso and steam milk for your lattes. The Keurig also does not have a steam wand to use. Here is a link to read about our espresso machines. Please give us a call with any questions. http://www.wholelattelove.com/espresso_machine.cfm?cid=1&scid=1
