Features include an illuminated on/off switch and it is cordless with a non-directional base. The 360 base fitting allows you to set the kettle back on the base from any direction without having to line up to a specific spot. The lid opens automatically and there is an unlock button and auto shut-off if the water-level falls below a minimum for safety.
