It can be adjusted to dispense anywhere from 5.5g to 9g with each pull of the dispensing handle or the timer control switch can be set for up to 60 seconds of continuous grinding.

Infinite Grind Settings

The Rocket Espresso Mazzer Mini Doser-Grinder with Timer can grind from super fine espresso to very coarse French-press. With the infinite grind setting adjustments you can adjust the grind as little or as much as you want with ease.

Top Quality Grinding burrs

Mazzer manufactures their own burrs out of Swedish tempered ball bearing steel instead of the softer, less durable case hardened steel found in other grinders. These burrs are perfectly parallel with a minimal .03mm tolerance and measure 58mm in diameter. Due to their size they can grind large quantities of coffee quicker while imparting very little heat to the freshly ground coffee.

Heavy Duty Motor

The Rocket Espresso Mazzer Mini Doser-Grinder with Timer was designed to handle a commercial load but due to its fine craftsmanship and elegant finishes it has found its way into the home. The motor draws 250 watts and is a direct drive style that operates at 1600 RPM. It is so quiet that when operating without beans you can barely hear the motor. As a safety feature the Rocket Espresso Mazzer Mini Doser-Grinder with Timer has an overload switch that turns the machine off to prevent any damage due to foreign objects getting stuck in the burrs.

Unique Hopper Design

The 4” tall bean hopper can hold up to 1.3 lb of beans, and features a compact design for a better fit under kitchen cabinets and it can be removed while the beans are still in it to make it easy to swap them out.

Easy To Use Controls

The Rocket Espresso Mazzer Mini Doser-Grinder with Timer obviously comes with a timer. The timer is controlled by a knob on the side that you turn to set the grinder run-time for up to a maximum of one minute from grinding drip or French-press coffees.

For dosing your espresso porta-filter there is a paddle control next to the portafilter rest that you pull to engage the grinder.

Easy Access to Burrs for Cleaning

Accessing the burrs for cleaning is very easy as the whole adjustment lever & upper burr assembly can be un-screwed from the machine by hand exposing the burr chamber and lower burr for cleaning and inspection.
