Tracy Schafer Hi Kathy, What is the sweetener in your O’free sugar free syrups? small triangleSplenda ® (sucralose) and Eridex ™ (erythritol, a natural low calorie sweetener that occurs naturally in fruits and vegetables). Using all-natural erythritol in addition to sucralose gives our O’free line clean, true flavor without the aftertaste typical of other sugar free products.

Recipe: Caribbean Frappe

In honor of the recently released Pirates of the Caribbean movie, this month's recipe is an island favorite. Gather your friends and enjoy a few Carribean Frappes this summer!

Ingredients
- 70ml of milk
- single shot of espresso
- 20ml of Monin Vanilla Syrup
- 10ml of Monin Caribbean Rum Syrup

Preparation
Pour the ingredients into a blender and add ice. Blend until you get a smooth consistency. Pour into a glass and serve.

I bought a bottle of your vanilla and raspberry syrup for my diabetic husband for Christmas....stocking stuffers. He loves flavored coffees, but unfortunately most products found either contain sugar or else the flavoring is off . He loved it and so did I. We use it not only in coffee, but on fruit, in cola drinks, & on ice cream, ect. Good sugar free products are hard to find; this is quality! Thanks.....M. Jaquez
