This morning when we turned the steam knob on our Rancilio Miss Sylvia (we purchase our machine from you quite a few years ago) nothing happened. The knob doesn't feel any different, but simply nothing happens. Any thoughts?

The metal clip for the steam knob has broken. Where can I get a new one? Thanks

My steam knob no longer stays attached to the Rancilio, it even backs out on its own due to the machine vibration. It appears that a retaining clip isn't there. Is there a retaining clip I can purchase? If not, does the knob come with the retaining clip?
My steam wand drips water between brews. Will replaceing the steam wand correct the steam valve problem?
I have had the machine for 2 1/2 years. Do you recommend I replace the gasket at this same time? I havv had leaking a few times around the brew group but that might have been from cofee ground build up over the years.

ToddS To replace the knob just pull the old on off and push the new one on. There are no screws to remove and no tools needed.
Does the part "Rancilio steam knob" include the spring clip?

i really only need the spring clip that holds the knob onto the steam valve. do you carry or know where i could obtain the spring clip?

I need a lot more information to help you figure out the problem. Are you able to brew, do the lights come on, can you get hot water out of the machine. It could be a few things,give our technical department a call and they will be able to help you .
