Perfect to set under a grinder

I stick this thing under the edge of my Astoria/Melkonig K30ES and it is so nice to have. Any extra grounds that decide they aren't being brewed today get caught instead of littering your counter or table. The tamp pad is nice because it is just long enough for a portafilter, so you can grind and then go straight to tamping right in front of the machine. It also cleans real easy. Just use a brush on what you can and if something is stuck put it under some running water and watch it run away.

Ideal tray

Although it might seem trivial, this tray is very useful when it comes to keeping coffee grounds off the counter after the grinding process. The tray is large enough to accommodate a grinder (baratza vario) cleaning tools and tamper. The tamp surface is not very large but good enough to provide a stable base for tamping. Cleaning is very easy as you simply dump the grinds in the trash can, no fuss no mess. Esthetically the stainless steel look matches the machine. In summary, a simple accessory with practical uses. Would recommend if you have a few extra bucks and like to keep the counter clean and tidy.
