The Rocket Espresso Cellini Professional delivers the total commercial, espresso machine experience in a classically beautiful stainless steel machine. The commercially specified features that include a rotary pump, nickel plated copper boiler and Sirai commercial pressure switch, allow the Barista to produce the finest possible espresso. The Cellini Professional has both steel braided direct water connection system, (hard plumbed, no water reservoir), and a full drip tray drainage system.

The 9lb brass commercial brewing head is at the heart of the brewing operation. Its substantial body and commercial grade materials help to maintain temperature control of the brewing cycle.
The Cellini Professional has a dual pre-infusion system that produces a smooth coffee extraction with optimum aroma, body and créma. The mechanical pre-infusion system has a progressively working piston and static pre-infusion chamber.
The design of the Rocket Espresso heat exchanger, (thermosyphon), has a superior layout for the Cellini Professional resulting in temperature stabilization and optimum extraction during the brewing process. When compared with the other machines in its class the Cellini reveals a 20% greater fluid volume.
The 1.9 quart boiler is made of pure copper (Cu. 99.9%) with a lead free, heavy brass end plate to increase thermal retention and steam power by approximately 40% versus other boiler systems. The Cellini boiler is nickel plated for protection against copper oxidation and will give you very long service life. The boiler has a dedicated 1200-watt heating element to ensure quick warm-up times.
Sirai pressure control switch
The Sirai pressure control switch is the best rated of them all and is very heavy duty weighing it at almost 2.2lbs. 99% of commercial machines made all over the world use this switch because it is rated up to 30A 220V and has a .035°C temperature differential tolerance.
Stainless steel steam wand
The Cellini is fitted with the Rocket Espresso patented cool-touch anti-burn technology which only allows the nozzle to get hot. This also benefits clean-up as milk doesn’t bake on the wand, and you get more efficient steam, as heat is not dissipated around the wand. The nozzle is designed for easy milk frothing and produces a silky, fine foam texture.
Boiler water levels for fresh water are maintained by a microprocessor controller. The system also features a low water level indication warning system.
Commercial rotary type pump
Cellini has a full commercial rotary type pump with external pump pressure adjustment.
Water connection and drainage
The Rocket Espresso Professional series, Cellini and Giotto, do not have on-board water reservoirs. They are designed to be direct connected to a water source, (hard plumbed) and come with steel braided direct water connection lines and have full drip tray drainage systems.
The Rocket Espresso design optimizes the boiler capacity to thermosyphon system ratio. This results in fast heat up time using the power of the 1200 watt element, made from special long life material (5 times longer than normal elements).

Can this machine froth a large enough pitcher of milk at one time to take care of 2-3 separate cappuccinos?

Yes it can! I would use a 24 oz frothing pitcher. The Cellini Professional has a nice stainless steel, commercial style no burn wand. Enjoy!
With the portafilter installed, how tall can a cup be to fit underneath. That is with a standard portafilter. Also, same question for bottomless portafilter.

5.25" cup max for the bottomless portafilter & and 4" for the dual spout portafilter.
