Saeco Maintenance Kit - Mavea Intenza
I have the Saeco Vienna de luxe model. It is approximately 5 years old. It recently started leaking water. It's like the spring under the water container is getting stuck. Any suggestions on stopping the water leakage?

Hard to say exactly what the problem may be. If you can pinpoint the leak that would help. If it is in the seal where the water tank leaks then it can be fixed. You may need a new gasket or perhaps the spring has something jammed in it. Call our technical support department for help. They should be able to help you. If the leak is from someplace else it may not be as easy to fix.

Can I use the descale tablets even without a bypass doser? I have the Saeco Odea Go.

Michael Rosso ♦ Darin...You can use the Descaling tablets without a bypass doser, and they will work just fine in your machine. Thanks.
