Our Signature Blend of Arabica beans from Indonesia, Africa, and Central America creates a complex flavor that your customers have never experienced before. Each variety of bean is mircobatch-roasted separately to create an ideal flavor, then combined to form this delicious espresso. The result is a medium-dark roast that creates a balanced, full-bodied, and subtly sweet espresso. With each sip, hints of caramel and chocolate give way to a light, fruity finish, making Reflection the perfect espresso to pair with virtually any dessert. Plus, because Reflection is a decaf espresso, it can be served any time of the day or night.

Our Signature Coffees are made of 100% Arabica beans, and we never use lower quality Robusta beans as filler. The 3 varieties chosen for Reflection are among the finest in the world, all ranked in the top 20.
For a typical single shot of espresso, we used 7 grams of ground coffee. Reflection contains 1.47 milligrams in a 1.5 oz shot of espresso.
Each bean variety requires a specific level of roasting to bring out the best flavors, so each type is microbatch-roasted separately for the perfect taste. Using an Agtron coffee analyzer and a computerized roast profile system, we have complete control over the flavor of the beans.

I'm awaiting arrival of a Saeco Vienna Plus, which according to documentation, has a grinder that doesn't do well with oily dark roast beans. Has anyone been using Reflection Decaf with this machine or one with a similarly sensitive grinder? How about Lavazza Dek?

Kenneth, I really like our coffees especially the decaf. It may be a little dark but should work great. The Lavazza coffees are always good for a super auto.
