The Long Steam Arm for La Spaziale Vivaldi II gives the budding Barista a bit longer reach for large frothing containers. This is the same arm La Spaziale uses on their commercial S5 two, three, and four group machines.
Chock full of brushes, a screwdriver, backflush insert, scribe & a helpful guide to keep your espresso machine working in top notch condition! The carrying case may vary in color and style from the picture above.
The La Spaziale Vivaldi Drain Kit is designed to allow you to directly plumb the drip tray into your waste-water line so that you never have to manually empty it again. The kit is designed for use on all Vivaldi II models, and may work on some earlier Vivaldi I models if they have the 1 1/2" in diameter hole in the base of the machine directly under the drip tray location.
The Jura-Capresso 4439 8-Cup Thermal Coffee Carafe fits the Capresso Elegance 437 and 439 coffee makers which are no longer being manufactured. Fortunately for owners the machine lasts a long time and they may wear out the carafe while the machine still has a lot of life left. We have the replacement 8 cup carafes in black. (We know its black and your machine may be white but the black carafe will work very well.)
The Rocket Espresso Set of Four Steam Tips lets you experiment with a variety of steaming and frothing techniques. This set includes:
A 2-hole steam tip
A 3-hole steam tip
Two 4-hole steam tips (with different layouts/configurations).
Each steam tip is made of heavy-duty stainless steel for easy cleaning and maintenance. The more holes a steam tip has, the quicker it will steam and froth milk. Steam tips with fewer holes tend to allow for greater user...
With this adapter cord you can make easy work of converting a La Spaziale Vivaldi set to function on a 20 amp service to function in 15 amp mode, without cutting the molded 20 amp plug off the end of the cord. Simply take the top cover off the machine and flip the toggle switch to 15 amp, then plug the machine into the female end of this adapter and the male end into your 15 amp receptacle. This way, if in the future, things change and you have a 20 amp receptacle available you can convert...

My job allows me to play around with some pretty cool stuff, but today I had the opportunity to test out something awesome. If you haven’t already heard of the ROK espresso maker, let me tell you a little bit about it. It's a manual espresso machine from Presso, Ltd. and it’s making waves at the London Coffee Festival. Needless to say, I was stoked. So, I grabbed some coffee, our hot water kettle, and a few volunteers, and we went to town.
There’s really a lot to like about this machine, but one of the first things that struck...

It's always exciting when we get new products, but it’s even more exciting when I can use them for recipes! So, I was obviously delighted when I discovered that we had not one, but three new varieties of Monin syrups that we would be adding to our repertoire of flavors: Cinnamon Bun, Banana Nut Bread, and Cupcake. And of course, there’s really no better way to showcase one of these new flavors than by putting it in a drink! I give you the Cinnamon Bun Latte.
1 oz. Monin Cinnamon Bun Syrup
Double Shot Espresso
6 oz. Steamed Milk
