4 large egg yolks
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup Monin Organic Hazelnut syrup
1 1/3 cups heavy whipping cream, very cold
3 tablespoons chopped hazelnuts
Line an 8" x 3 3/4" x 2 1/2" disposable foil or metal loaf pan with plastic wrap, leaving a 2" overhang all around. Place in freezer along with beaters from a hand-mixer.
