In the region known as the Boston North Shore, the brothers Andrew and John Mahoney launched the Atomic Cafe on historic Cabot St. in Beverly MA in 1996. With an enthusiasm for coffee, food and culture and focusing on Customer satisfaction the business thrived.

Fueled by a desire to provide high quality and unique products they began roasting their own blends of coffees for the Cafe. Their dedication to customer service and their hard work has made them a legendary micro-roaster in the Northeast and expanded their Cafe locations.  With unique coffees ranging from Rainforest Certified Datera Farm Reserve Espresso to Black Velvet they have roasts for discriminating tastes.
