Hi, my name is Tracy and I have had the pleasure of working for Whole Latte Love for the past 5 years. You can get a glimpse of me via the videos on the website. Now you may be surprised to find out that I have 3 children ranging in age from 9 to 13. (I'm still in denial! )

At my house, the annual birthday party is the "Big deal." Every year we try and come up with a better idea then the year before. A couple of years ago, my daughter suggested we do a teaposy birthday party for her 11th birthday. So we invited 10 of her friends for an afternoon tea party. Each of the girls was given a blossom gift set, which contained an individual teapot and 6 assorted teas. Teaposy is a truly unique tea, which is all about the experience. Each tea is hand sewn from silver needle white tea leaves and real flowers. When you add boiling water the tea leaves open and reveal a real flower. The tea has a very clean, light flavor and contains a very low amount of caffeine due to the fact that it is the least processed tea.

None of my daughter's guests had seen a teaposy before. We all sat at the table with individual teapots and began to unwrap the teaposys. The look on each girls face as they placed the teaposy in the teapot and waited for the next step was priceless. I walked around and filled each teapot with the boiling water. As the teaposys began to open, one of the girls screamed so loud, I thought she was hurt. She then began to laugh with enjoyment. You should have seen them drinking that tea. Each girl ate finger sandwiches and drank their tea so delicately, if only we could have those moments again.

After the party each girl took their new teapot and tea home. That evening the phone began to ring. The parents each began calling asking about this wonderful tea and how come I did not give them some. Apparently the girls enjoyed their new gifts and would not share them with their moms. To this day, we still laugh about the party and I still get an occasional call about when we may have another teaposy party.
