You’ll also be able to take advantage of the flexibility offered by The Evolution Series’ discrete brew heads and boiler system. With every heating component operating physically and thermally separate of one another, the brew heads and boiler system can be turned on and off, set, and regulated independently. In addition, the Grinder Control System (GCS) lets you control the grind amount and fineness with ease.
