I first got some of this coffee by mistake. I don't drink drip or perc coffee, so I gave it to my husband. He likes to keep a percolator going for several hours. This is the only percolator coffee that I have ever been able to drink -- full flavored, doesn't get bitter even after sitting a while. While it won't replace my morning cappucino/espresso, my husband loves it. It's excellent coffee for American-style brews.
