It comes with everything you'll need to keep you or your customers happily caffeinated, including a built-in milk system that makes it perfect for self-service use. Featuring a large 5.5-liter water reservoir, 2 bean hoppers, automatic steaming and frothing for cappuccinos and lattes, as well as plenty of programming options and a range of accessories, the Saphira’s got it covered. You can control every aspect of your drink on this super automatic espresso machine: liquid volume settings, dosing, milk quantity, temperature, water hardness, and language. All of these are easily controlled using the programming panel on the upper right side of the machine, and navigation is made simple by the LED display. The 2 bean hoppers boast independent fineness settings, so you can find the perfect grind for both your caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee beans.

Day-to-day operation of the Franke Saphira is very simple. Programmable drink buttons on the front of the machine make it easy for employees or customers with little or no training to make the drink of their choice by just pressing a button. Milk processing can be completed automatically, or manually using the steam wand on the right side of the machine.
Programming this machine will require a more advanced knowledge of the machine’s functions, but you can purchase the Saphira On-site Install and Service Plan to receive startup training and programming for the Saphira. Controlling the machine’s settings is simplified by the LED display, as well as a series of clearly marked programming buttons located underneath a panel on the front of the machine.
