The Mazzer Kony Grinder is the grinder for a high volume espresso shop. With its 63mm conical burr grinder, which spins between 420 and 500RPM, you not only get the advantage of the conical burrs, but good speed as well. The Kony’s doser allows you to pull the same amount of coffee for every shot, with dosing amounts ranging from 5.5-9 grams, ensuring a consistent espresso time after time. Its simple controls mean employees of various experience levels can operate it with ease. The Kony also features an attractive, yet durable aluminum housing, allowing it to match almost any décor.
