I bought this with the Expobar Office for my wife almost three years ago for Xmas. Together we make 8-12 shots per day, so there really isn't any issue with grounds hanging out in the doser.
This thing is built like a Moto Guzzi and will last as long. I think of it as another kitchen appliance like my washer and stove- a 20 year investment. Totally worth the cash.
