This pump is very tempermental. Mine has come apart and I can't get the bottom third out of the bottle but I have found that if you press on the bottom of the syrup bottle when the pump is screwed in, that it will work for awhile.

Can this Rocket version of the Mini B also utilize the smaller hopper for the Mazzers to lower the height for under cabinet use?

mjackson ♦ Bill,It will fit any hopper that you can put on a Mazzer mini. It is the same grinder just a different finish and a great looking grinder at that. If you cal in for your order we can be sure to get you the right hopper.

I have a Gaggia Titanium and my brew unit got stuck and I followed your steps to remove it and it works for a bit then when i power off the unit for a day or so the brew unit jams up again, it has done this multiple times. do i need to replace the brew unit. I have about 1100 cups on the machine.

Click on the link. If lubricating the BG does not help I would recommend sending the machine in for a repair. There may be an issue with the small drive motor.

techkathy Try resetting the machine to the factory settings. Make sure that there is nothing under the water tank preventing it from seating all the way down. You can also try manually priming the machine. Click on the link below to see a short video on priming.
