Barbecue Espresso Bacon Chicken

• Chicken breast
• Dry rub chicken
• Wrap in bacon 

Smoke for two hours with mesquite 
Then apply BBQ Sauce 
BBQ Sauce Homemade and rub 

Sauce: 

• 2C Ketchup
• 1/4 C Honey
• 3tsp Worcestershire Sauce
• 1/2 tsp Chipotle Tabasco Sauce
• 1/2 C Brown sugar
• Pinch of cayenne
• 2 Cloves garlic finely chopped
• 1TBS black pepper
• Double Shot espresso(I roasted and blended myself) 

Combine and simmer for 10-15 mins
