Hello! It sounds like this works for all machines, but will it also work for a Gaggia Baby? The instruction booklet says to only use Gaggia descaler, but is that just their marketing or does it have merit?

Durgol is safe to use on almost all espresso machines. I would recommend getting a couple of packs to descale the Giotto because it has suck a large capacity boiler.
