The manual for the Silvia v3 I recently purchased from Wholelatte Love is lacking in vital information. I noticed that an instructional CD was being included with the Silvia but I didn't receive one with my purchase. How do I obtain one? Thanks you

I just purchased a Silvia from you and was wondering if it is recommended to back flush the machine periodically? If so, do you sell the back flushing disc for this machine? Also, does the machine come standard without the 3 hole frothing tip? Any advantages with a 3 hole tip versus the single? Thank you

It is not something recommended by the manufacturer. There certainly are people that do it. It is also something we do not advise doing. If you choose to do so I would take care to be sure to do it correctly as it may harm your machine. You need to be careful and I would do some research to insure you use proper technique.
The three hole tip is not standard and it will increase the speed at which you can froth or steam your milk. That is the main advantage. I like the single as it gives you more control. But everyone differs on their opinion. I hope this helps and thanks for asking.

Also this is probably one of the most popular machien s ever sold and there is an amazing amount of information on you tube as well.
