A A The measurement for the height of the Legend Mug is 6.75". That would be too tall to fit under the Brera spouts.
Morgan shows you how to make a Vanilla Soy Cappuccino on the Gaggia Brera espresso machine. She is using Pacific Natural Foods Vanilla Soy Blenders which creates a nice froth for cappuccinos.

Angelo Palmieri Morgan, this is a great option and I believe my wife will appreciate it. She uses Soy Milk with her cereals followed by a 'regular' cappuccino with 2% mlk. This recipe is perfect for an additional cappuccino later in the day with less calories and fat. Thank you on behalf of my wife, AP
I was dubious about ordering my first Jura-Capresso water kettle because of the price but it was worth every penny. Unfortunately I just broke the glass and am ordering another right away. I'm totally spoiled & don't want to be without it.

John Seymour I have been trying to use almond milk from time to time. I really like the taste but sometimes the almond milk separates on contact with the espresso. Have you seen this? Any suggestions to prevent this?
A A John,
What machine are you using? If you are using a Panarello wand, the amount of air that it adds to the milk could be part of the problem. Gaggia machines can accept the Latte Art Wand, that when used as a single hole tip would likely incorporate the air into the milk better, giving a better texture and less separation.
Controversial topic: What type of milk works best in a cappuccino? Watch the milk froth-off as we compare soy, skim, 1%, % ad whole milk.
What type of milk do you prefer in a cappuccino?

Daniel Moraldo ♦ I love a good cappuccino and I tend to mix up the types of milk I use too. Even though I was secretly cheering for whole milk on this video, my diet kept reminding me to cheer for skim. Regardless I was impressed with the froth on both. Thanks for the comparison and sharing. I hope you all had fun at your little coffee party too at the 4 minute mark;)
