Available in medium and dark roasts, illy ground coffee is more coarsely ground for optimal extraction with drip coffeemakers and French presses. Choose medium roast for a smooth, perfectly balanced taste, and dark roast for a stronger, more robust flavor. Decaf ground coffee has the same flavor profile as medium roast, but without the caffeine.
