I love cappuchino and enjoy making it at home. However I am looking for a smoother coffee to use. I first tried Bustello, buat it was too harsh [almost an "after bite" ]. I switched to Goya which was better, but still not mellow enough. I heard about the Illy from a friend, but my supermarket doesn't carry the decaf. Is this the mellowest I can find?
