There seem to be a lot of coffee grounds coming out of the bottom of the grinder and it is making a mess on the counter. I don't remember it doing this when we first got it but it has become bothersome. We have checked and it is definitely coming out of the holes on the bottom of the unit.
I live up north in Québec, so service is particular. Most things are done locally, as it is very complex and expensive (transportation!) to do normally.
Some noise was coming fron the grinder, as a an intermitent scraping. I followed your manual you provided, but as I had to go in the metal housing (the motor section), two bushing, brass, threadless, fell of. These are essentially the items I can locate when reassembling the unit.
Where do they go (probably along the very long screw item, but top, bottom, ???
A suggestion would be most welcomed!

mjackson ♦ Jolene,
I am not sure exactly what is happening. It may be your plate at the bottom is out of alignment. . It is hard to say based on the limited details. Try looking and seeing where the gap is from and if you can reset the bottom plate where the opening is.
