I bought two of these as they have the markings for 0.5 oz to 2.5 oz. Has been very useful in calibrating the volumetric programmed buttons on my Gaggia Baby Twin. Also has been very useful in measuring amount of syrup to put into my Wife's drinks.

Do you carry anything similar that is plastic so it doesn't cool down the shot so much?

Sanfam ♦ The only products matching this purpose are made of glass or metal. We do, however, happen to have a product from Handpresso that may do the job:

These cups are a rigid plastic that should give you the results you're looking for, but lack the spout that would allow the shots to pour as cleanly.
