Once a pre-ordered item comes in to our inventory, Whole Latte Love will then charge your credit card that was entered and ship the item as usual. Once the card is charged you would receive an order confirmation email, and once the item ships you would receive the tracking number for shipping. I hope this helps!

Michael Rosso ♦ Allen, a pre-ordered is the same as a back ordered item. When you order a pre-order item we hold the order until the item arrives at our warehouse, then we charge your credit card and then ship the item to you. Thanks.

As with most of our refurb units it has a 6 month warranty. I would not worry so much about the warranty as these grinders are built very well. It is in my mind a great deal.
