After just 8 months of use my Saeco Via Venezia just stopped working. The lights come on but the the water does not seem to boil. I read that there was a thermostat reset switch located on the inside but have not been successful at finding it. Any information would be appreciated.
Well, my Saeco Via Venezia shipped exactly one year ago so I thought I should share my review of the product.
Out of the box, the Via Venezia is impresssibly durable and asthetically appealing. The instruction manual included with the product is abundantly helpful with more imformation...

How do I do the decalcication on the Saeco Via Venezia, Via torretta 240 - Gaggio - Bo - Itialy
Hi, I have a Saeco Via Venezia. The top filter screen doesn't stay screwed on anymore. The part that it screwed into seems to be broken. I used the machine without the top filter and it worked, tasted ok. What is the purpose of this screen and is it ok to not use it, at least until I can get parts replaced? Not sure what to do.

should i purchase a tamper with this machine? What size tamper would the portafilter accommodate?
I would like to modify my previous question about this Saeco. Can you make just one cup of espresso at a time using the ground coffee instead of the pod?
Hello,
I have the Saeco Via Venezia and I love it!
But unfortunately I have lost the wonderful Via Venezia’s Pannarello wand attachment! Where can I pick up a new replacement??
I was looking at the Gaggia Pannarello Wand vs Saeco Pannarello Wand.. Looking at the internet photo, the Gaggia Pannarello Wand looks more like the original Via Venezia’s Pannarello wand attachment... I need some help which one do you guys recommend?
techkathy I would recommend contacting Saeco USA at 1-800-933-7876. They will have specific instructions on resetting or replacing the thermostat or fuse.
