Thanks for the question and sorry to hear of your problems. I as well enjoy a hot cup of coffee. The good thing is Bunn has a great technical support program as well as making a first rate machine for home or commercial use.

When I originally read your question I was thinking you may want to descale your machine as if you have scale build up around the heating element it will prevent your coffee from brewing hot enough, Is your coffee coming out hot enough but just not keeping warm? If that is the case it could be your hot plate.

If it is not brewing hot enough it is either scale built up in your machine or a thermostat problem.
